Scherl & Roth Viola. Student viola for upper elementary/middle school/ petite high schooler. It is a copy of a Stradavarius model 41/c14; registration number A 8672; built in 9/82 in It is 14\". I had it looked at by a music store owner who said it was in good condition--no cracks, serious marks, etc.
It was probably made in Germany or Czechoslovakia, and adjusted and retailed by Scherl & Roth in their Cleveland location. It has a Roth Glasser fiberglass bow, also very high quality. Expert appraisal suggested value of $600 for viola only. Asking $500 for viola and bow or best reasonable offer. Hard case included.
