This bocal is in pristine condition. It is the property of a bassoonist who is currently looking to upgrade. I am pursuing graduate school and looking to change bocals while providing someone else with a quality bassoon bocal. The only reason I never used it is because I've favored the #2 size bocal and worn that one in. This particular #3 bocal came with my Fox 240 in December of 2006, but has rarely been played and very well looked after. The condition of the bocal is as follows: body contains no bends or blemishes, metal is untarnished and clean, cork is intact with no discoloration or marks, made of silver, size is #3 and bocal designation is *CVX*.
